VOICES FROM UNIWISE

"What I value most at UNIwise is the mix of a welcoming, flat culture and truly skilled colleagues. You collaborate with everyone.

We’re not building “just another website.” We deliver high‑stakes, reliable services where issues are solved quickly through real team effort. Most people will tell you: the system simply works when it matters.

On top of that, we create innovative products that sometimes push infrastructure to the limit, all while keeping a relaxed, friendly vibe with great social moments and people who are easy to hang out with.

That’s the kind of place I want to be."

"I joined UNIwise in 23' and was trusted from day one. I quickly got to lead a team, improve the UI/UX in WISEflow, and take full ownership of our design systems. I also built the entire UI/UX foundation for our new product, Originality.

But the best part is the people. A warm, easygoing culture with colleagues who are great to work with. And with everything from quirky sports to creative workshops and wine tastings, there’s always something that brings us together.

It’s a place where you can grow, contribute, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team."

The flexibility here is a huge plus, it allows me to do my best work while maintaining a healthy balance. Combined with a supportive, people‑centric atmosphere that already feels like family, I’m genuinely excited for the journey ahead."
