We operate as a long‑term strategic partner—not just a vendor. Our approach is built on shared goals, open dialogue, and co‑creation with universities across Europe. Many of our features and developments are shaped directly by our partner institutions.

UNIwise has offices in Aarhus (HQ), Manchester, Skien, and Hamburg, allowing us to support institutions with local experts while operating as a unified European organisation.

UNIwise began at Aarhus University, where our founders created an early prototype for digital exams through a ministry-funded project. In 2012, they launched UNIwise and transformed the prototype into WISEflow, which has since grown into one of Europe’s leading digital assessment platforms.

We unite academics and technologists to design solutions co‑created with universities. Everything we build aims to support institutional strategy, quality assurance, and real learning outcomes, not just digitalising old processes. Our long‑term partnerships and transparency set us apart in the sector.

Our platforms are developed with privacy-by-design principles and meet strict European data protection requirements. We prioritise GDPR compliance, accessibility, uptime reliability, and transparent governance, giving institutions confidence in high‑stakes moments.
