OUR HIRING PROCESS

We want you as a candidate to feel informed, welcomed, and supported from the very first interaction. Here’s what you can expect when you apply for a position with us.
1
Initial screening conversation
If your profile matches, we’ll invite you to a friendly screening call. It’s an informal conversation where we get to know each other to see whether there’s a good mutual fit.
2
Interview & Case Presentation
If you advance from screening, you’ll be invited to our Tilst office for an on‑site interview with a potential job‑relevant case you will prepare and present. You may meet other UNIwise colleagues - this will be informed in advance.

For candidates outside Denmark, the interview will be conducted online, with all steps handled remotely.
3
WE GET BACK TO YOU QUICKLY
After your on‑site interview, we aim to give you an answer as soon as possible. We know waiting can be stressful, so we make every effort to keep you informed and not leave you hanging.

How do I apply for a position at UNIwise?

This ensures that your application reaches the right team immediately and is processed efficiently by our HR department.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Our process is designed to be clear and supportive. If your profile matches, we invite you to a short screening call to get to know each other. From there, you’ll be asked to our Tilst office for an on‑site interview, where you’ll present a job‑relevant case and possibly meet a few future colleagues. After the interview, we aim to give you an answer quickly—we know waiting can be stressful, and we’ll keep you informed throughout.

Are remote or hybrid work options available?

Most roles support hybrid work arrangements, depending on the team and the position. Details will always be specified in the job posting.

What kind of profiles are you typically looking for?

We hire across product development, engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and operations. The common denominator: curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to improve digital assessment across education.

Do you offer opportunities for students or interns?

Yes! Several departments take in student assistants and interns throughout the year. Keep an eye on our open positions on this page or in our official Linkedin profile

Is English proficiency required?

We operate across Europe, so English is our primary working language. International experience is a plus, but not required for all roles.

Can I send an unsolicited application?
At the moment, we unfortunately cannot accept unsolicited applications. We do not yet have a system that allows us to handle such applications in a GDPR‑compliant way, so we ask candidates to only apply for our open positions.
What is the culture like at UNIwise?

Our culture is open, collaborative, and mission-driven. We value trust, autonomy, innovation and the desire to make digital assessment fair, secure, and user-friendly across Europe.
