Roskilde University selects WISEflow as its new digital assessment platform

Roskilde University (RUC) has chosen WISEflow from UNIwise as its new digital platform for exams and assessments. The agreement was made through the SKI framework for standard software and marks an important step in the university’s digital transformation. With over 7,000 students and a strong focus on usability and security, RUC aims to create a more efficient and cohesive assessment experience for both students and staff.

ENHANCING THE DIGITAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS

RUC already has experience with digital exams, but with WISEflow, the university gains an even stronger and more flexible platform. The solution offers greater adaptability to meet both administrative and academic needs. Especially for secure on-site exams. WISEflow supports the entire process from exam creation to grading and result transfer and integrates with the university’s other systems.

TANGIBLE IMPROVEMENTS IN DAILY OPERATIONS

For students, the transition to WISEflow means a more intuitive and consistent exam experience. They will benefit from better oversight of their assessments, easier access to exam materials and feedback, and a more stable and secure technical setup whether the exam takes place remotely or as a supervised on-site test.

For instructors and administrative staff, the manual workload is significantly reduced. Automation through integration with STADS ensures that exams and roles are created automatically and that data flows seamlessly between systems. This allows more time for academic quality and reduces the risk of administrative errors.
