From Scandinavia to the rest of Europe
Since 2012, UNIwise has developed and delivered WISEflow to educational institutions across Europe and today we have a customer portfolio covering 14 different countries. UNIwise is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark with offices in Manchester, United Kingdom, Hamburg, Germany and Skien, Norway.
We operate across a number of markets, and understand the different needs of higher education institutions across Europe.

Nordic
Our headquarters is in Aarhus, Denmark. We have operated in the Nordics for over a decade and are partnered with higher education institutions such as Aarhus University, Copenhagen Business Academy, BI Norwegian Business School and Örebro University
United Kingdom
We opened our office in Manchester, UK, in 2019. We have operated across the UK for a number of years, and are partnered with higher education institutions such as UCL, University of Bedfordshire and Brunel University London
DACH region
We opened our office in Hamburg, Germany, in 2021. We have been operating in the DACH region for the past few years and work with institutions such as Erfurt University and Hochschule Worms. We are continuing to expand across the sector
Europe
UNIwise is continuing to grow across a number of Central European markets, and are already working with universities such as IÉSEG School of Management, the University of Malta and Universidade Aberta.
Framework agreements
UNIwise is a part of multiple framework agreements across Europe. This might be an ‘agreement between the government and suppliers of cloud services', or a ‘framework that offers the opportunity to secure goods and services of good quality, under good conditions and at the best possible prices.’
The framework agreements that UNIwise is a part of include:
Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice A/S (SKI)
This framework applies to Denmark.
SKI states that “The goal is to secure good quality products and services at good conditions and at better prices than each individual public organisation can obtain acting alone. Price is an important parameter in a public economy under pressure. However, SKI also helps the public sector by securing better solutions, higher quality and increased competition.”
The G-Cloud 13
This framework applies to the UK.
The UK Crown Commercial Service states that the G-Cloud 13 is “an online catalogue where public sector customers can buy cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and cloud support. Includes many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions.”
