UNIwise Christmas party recap: workshops, collaboration and a party to remember!

From 12-13 December UNIwise held its annual Christmas get-together at our head office in Aarhus, Denmark.

As our international workforce arrived in the city, we spent our first day together collaborating and attending valuable workshops, capitalising on having the chance to see each other face-to-face. Every department spent time working together, and valuable cross-department meetings allowed us to continue to synergise our efforts across the business and work towards providing our customers with the best possible value and service.

On the morning of 13 December, we enjoyed presentations from our Commerical teams - a combination of Growth and Customer Success colleagues, who have dedicated themselves to creating business plans in each of our core markets. Each team covered their efforts, successes and lessons from 2024, before going on to outline their detailed plans for the coming 12 months.

After an afternoon of further collaboration, it was party time!

The Danish office was transformed into a Christmas venue complete with a dance floor, and after a wonderful meal we spent time letting loose together with our colleagues. There was even an AI music challenge, where teams spent time working with Generative AI tools to create a WISEflow Christmas song - and the results were hilarious!

As always, the UNIwise Christmas party was a resounding success, both in a business-sense and in terms of how much fun we had together. We can’t wait for another year of working with our customers and refining WISEflow to offer the best possible product we can to our partners and clients.
