Ready to put what you've learned during your studies into practice and tackle real-world challenges, helping a growing international Software as a Service company become more AI-enabled and data-driven? Join UNIwise as an AI & Data Analyst Intern at our headquarter in Aarhus - starting as soon as possible in early 2027, for approximately 20 weeks.

What you will do

We already have a number of internal AI tools in place and a clear, ambitious strategy to make even better use of AI across the business. You will assist our commercial AI Lead in developing new internal AI tools, while also maintaining and improving our existing tools and integrations, helping turn that ambition into effective everyday use.

Alongside this, you will support our Finance Manager and CFO in delivering on our data and BI ambitions. This includes helping optimise our master data management and use of databases, as well as improving reports and dashboards, with the clear aim to be a more data-driven organisation. Your primary contact person will be our CFO and you will also work closely with our Finance team, our commercial AI Lead, the management team and colleagues in our administrative functions to connect technology and data with everyday business needs.

In practice, your tasks will include:

  • AI Tools – operations and development: Help maintain and further develop our internal AI tools and integrations. You will troubleshoot issues, build automations and workflows, help set up new tools and support colleagues adopting the tools.
  • AI strategy and adoption: Support our commercial AI Lead and the rest of the organisation where relevant in driving and implementing our strategy for internal use of AI. This includes mapping processes where AI can save time or improve quality, testing solutions with colleagues and following up on usage and value.
  • Master data management: Assist our Finance Manager in mapping and optimising master data management across our systems and improving our use of databases.
  • BI and reporting: Help develop and optimise BI reports and dashboards that improve our reporting and make insights clear and useful for management and the wider organisation.

Who we're looking for

  • You are enrolled in a higher education programme and can start an internship of approximately 20 weeks as soon as possible. There may be an opportunity to continue as a student assistant afterwards. Your field of study could be Business Intelligence, Computer Science, IT Architecture or a related programme, ideally in the Aarhus area.
  • You are curious about AI and have experimented with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, and want to explore how technology and data can create value for colleagues.
  • You can write simple scripts, work with databases or set up integrations - or are quick to learn.
  • You are interested in data quality, data structures and BI, and enjoy turning data into clear, useful insights.
  • You work in a structured and independent way, take initiative and follow tasks through, with the ambition to build solutions that remain useful after your internship.
  • You communicate clearly in Danish and English and enjoy helping colleagues understand and use new tools.

What you can expect from us

  • Hands-on experience with internal AI tools, data management and BI tasks in an international SaaS company.
  • Close collaboration with our Finance team and commercial AI Lead on practical business challenges.
  • An internship with real responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of tools and improvements.
  • The opportunity to develop both your technical skills and business understanding.
  • Delicious lunch scheme to fuel the energy throughout the day.
  • A friendly and collaborative work environment and a culture built on trust that empowers creativity and encourages continuous learning professionally and personally.
