DMJX gives applicants everything they need well ahead of time: a clear installation guide for the FlowLock browser, and instructions for setting up their webcam for automated proctoring. Applicants show up knowing exactly what to expect, which is a big part of why the exam runs as smoothly as it does - and, in Rikke's view, that upfront guidance is what carries the whole process.
It's a good illustration of how quickly an institution can adapt to a new way of assessing students, given the right tools and preparation.
