According to ENISA, the EU agency for cybersecurity, malware was the second-most widespread form of cyberattack in 2022. While many of our customers have end-point protection for staff computers and virus scanning for their mail services, participants often do not have their own end-point protection in place.

Without proper end-point protection, participants’ computers are open to being infected by malware, and uploaded papers could be infected, too. If an external assessor downloads an infected file, this could cause a serious security incident. This is why we have developed a malware scanning service for WISEflow.
