UNIwise Customer Success team to host online workshops offering deep-dives into WISEflow features
Starting from 5 June, the UNIwise Customer Success team will be facilitating a series of online workshops for customers, offering valuable insights into important WISEflow features.
The first of these webinars will focus on the difficult issue of maintaining Academic Integrity in digital assessments, and will offer a deep-dive into the features that have been designed to support you at your institution while providing minimal intrusion or additional stress for participants. The features that will be explored in this workshop are: the Lockdown Browser, Device Monitor, Facial Recognition and Voice Detection tools.
Each of the workshops will provide demonstrations of all relevant features, as well as offering an opportunity for you to ask questions and discuss how these features can be most effectively used.
Following the online Academic Integrity workshop on 5 June, we will also be covering the following topics over the coming months: Two-way Chat Functionality, the New Marker Journey, the API (a more basic walkthrough for non-API users), and then finally a workshop aimed at those who would consider themselves API experts.
This workshop, and those we will be holding in the future, have been planned to accommodate a limited number of delegates. We hope this will enable use cases and individual customer questions to be addressed and discussed with adequate attention. Accordingly, only one place can be booked per customer-institution, on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will be sending out invites for these online workshops via email within the next two weeks, and will announce that the emails have been sent via LinkedIn shortly after - so look out for these!
We’re looking forward to highlighting some valuable and potentially overlooked features within the system, in order to enhance the workflows and assessment capabilities of higher education institutions across Europe. See you there!
